Your personal data is stored by Attendee Labs, LLC on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services Attendee Labs, LLC engages with, located in the United States. Attendee Labs, LLC retains service data for the duration of the customer's business relationship with Attendee Labs, LLC and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Attendee Labs, LLC's own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Attendee Labs, LLC's services. Attendee Labs, LLC retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Attendee Labs, LLC systems.
Attendee Labs, LLC retains personal data and usage data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
By default, we retain audio and video data for 5 days after capture, and meeting transcriptions and participant data indefinitely. You can request we delete this data at any point, which results in audio and video data being deleted immediately, and transcriptions and participant data being deleted after 30 days.
